Los farmacéuticos licenciados que hayan venido dirigiendo laboratorios de su exclusiva propiedad, y que se hayan inscrito con anterioridad a la vigencia de la Ley, podrán continuar dirigiéndolos, mientras sean dueños de tales establecimientos; pero dejarán de hacerlo al perder la calidad de propietarios de los mismos, o cuando se hallaren incapacitados, por cualquier causa, para dirigirlos personalmente.
