PELIGRO INMINENTE PARA LA SALUD. Cuando en la investigación efectuada en una empresa, se detecte que existe peligro inminente para la salud de los trabajadores, o de la comunidad, el Instituto alertará al patrono, al Comité de Medicina, Higiene y Seguridad Industrial de la Empresa y solicitará la intervención de los servicios seccionales de salud, del Ministerio de Salud y del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social.
