El Superintendente de Cooperativas tendrá a su cargo inmediato la ejecución de las leyes y decretos relacionados con las sociedades cooperativas de todas clases; cumplirá las órdenes e instrucciones que le dé el Gobierno por conducto del Ministerio de Industrias y ejecutará los acuerdos y providencias que dicte el Consejo de Cooperación dentro de sus facultades.
