La Junta Directiva podrá crear para las unidades seccionales Consejos Asesores de tres (3) miembros en los cuales tendrán representación el Ministerio de Comunicaciones, las entidades afiliadas y los afiliados, según funciones que se determinarán por resolución de la Junta Directiva.
