Por lo menos una vez al año, la Procuraduría General de la Nación, por con ducto del funcionario que al efecto se designe, practicará igual visita al Tribunal Supremo de Aduanas. Las demoras injustificadas darán lugar a multas de $ 50.00 a $ 300.00 que impondrá el Procurador General de la Nación al Magistrado o empleado responsable de la mora.
