° En la Dirección General de Correos y Telégrefos se llevará un registro de los permisos que el Gobierno otorgue para construcción de líneas telefónicas y en él se hará constar, por medio de una diligencia firmada por el solicitante, que éste se somete á las condiciones establecidas en este Decreto.
