Con aprobación del Gobierno departamental, las Juntas Directivas de los establecimientos públicos y de las empresas industriales determinarán las plantas de personal con sujeción a las normas que expidan las Asambleas sobre nomenclatura, clasificación y remuneración de los empleos.
