° Los Gerentes o Jefes de Estación que en cumplimiento del presente Decreto expidan un pasaje o concedan un transporte gratuito sin que se hayan cumplido las formalidades en él exigidas, incurrirán en una multa igual al doble del valor del pasaje o franquicia concedido. En caso de reincidencia, la multa se elevará al cuádruplo, sin perjuicio de cualquiera otra medida que se juzgue conveniente tomar en defensa de los intereses nacionales.
