Articulo 1º . Procédase a efectuar, con los Bancos que tengan a Bien tomar parte en ella, una operación de crédito en forma de anticipo del 50 por 100 de la renta de gasolina, por la cantidad de cuatro millones de pesos ($ 4.000,000), en las condiciones de plazo, interés y demás que se acuerden con los referidos Bancos, los cuales quedan autorizados para realizar dicha operación. Los fondos que se obtengan en virtud de ella se destinarían exclusivamente a la defensa nacional.
