º. Del reconocimiento deportivo. El reconocimiento deportivo de las ligas deportivas y asociaciones deportivas departamentales o del Distrito Capital, así como el de las federaciones deportivas nacionales, será otorgado o renovado por el Instituto Colombiano del Deporte - Coldeportes, de conformidad con lo previsto en el presente Decreto, siguiendo en lo pertinente el trámite previsto en el Código Contencioso Administrativo. Los organismos deportivos a los cuales se refiere el inciso anterior, sólo podrán fomentar, promover, apoyar, patrocinar y organizar actividades deportivas en su respectivo ámbito territorial, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Decreto-ley 1228 de 1995, una vez obtengan el reconocimiento deportivo como organismos deportivos del Sistema Nacional del Deporte.
