Precio mínimo de venta de las acciones referidas en el numeral 3° del artículo 3°. El precio de venta de las acciones referidas en el numeral 3° del artículo 3° no será inferior al indicado en el numeral 2° del artículo 4° del presente decreto, ajustado mensualmente por una tasa equivalente al índice de precios al consumidor certificado por el DANE. El ajuste señalado se hará a partir del primer día del mes siguiente al de la fecha en la cual expire la vigencia de la oferta mencionada en el artículo 6 de este decreto y hasta el último día del mes anterior a aquel dentro del cual vaya a tener lugar la venta de las acciones referidas en el presente artículo.
