Hay tres clases de Auditores de Guerra: Auditor de Guerra Superior, Auditor de Guerra Principal, y Auditor de Guerra Auxiliar. El Comando General de las Fuerzas Armadas, el Comando del Ejército, el Comando de la Armada, el Comando de la Fuerza Aérea y el Comando de las Fuerzas de Policía tendrán cada uno, un Auditor de Guerra Superior.

Parágrafo

El Gobierno determinará y reglamentará el número y funcionamiento de los Auditores de Guerra Principales, Auxiliares; así como los empleados subalternos de éstos.
