A partir del 1º de enero de 2002, los Citadores que presten los servicios en la Procuraduría General de la Nación, tendrán derecho a un auxilio especial de transporte, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 32 del Decreto 717 de 1978, así
a)
Para ciudades de más de un millón de habitantes, la suma de treinta y seis mil trescientos once pesos ($36,311) m/cte, mensuales;
b)
Para ciudades entre seiscientos mil y un millón de habitantes, la suma de veintidós mil, ochocientos ochenta y siete pesos ($22,887) m/cte, mensuales.
c)
Para ciudades entre trescientos mil y menos de seiscientos mil habitantes, la suma de catorce mil quinientos treinta y ocho pesos ($14,538) m/cte, mensuales.
