º . Aprúebase la reforma de los Estatutos Sociales de la Financiera Energética Nacional S. A., FEN, adoptada por la Asamblea General Extraordinaria de Accionistas celebrada en la ciudad de Bogotá, D. E., el 18 de diciembre de 1990, cuyo texto es el siguiente: "Increméntase el capital autorizado de la Financiera Energética Nacional S. A., en $ 70.302 800.000.00 quedando el capital autorizado en un total de $ 154.595.000.000.00".
