Articulo 3º Los subsidios pendientes de pago, y causados con anterioridad a la vigencia del Decreto 1827 del 12 de julio de 1962, serán pagados por el Fondo de Bogotá directamente a las empresas de transporte, en la cuantía y condiciones vigentes con anterioridad al 27 de abril del presente año.
