Articulo 21. Quorum y decisiones . Las deliberaciones de Ia Asamblea de Accionistas-Junta Directiva se harán con la mitad más uno de sus miembros y las decisiones se adoptarán por mayoría de votos de los miembros asistentes, con excepción de los casos especiales previstos en estos estatutos. Si a una misma Asamblea de Accionistas-Junta Directiva comparecen el principal y el suplente, solo tendrá voto el principal.
