Para la construcción de la posición comercial de Colombia, el Ministerio de Comercio Exterior será el responsable de coordinar la participación de las diferentes entidades del Estado y demás integrantes del equipo negociador y tendrá en cuenta las recomendaciones del Consejo Asesor Empresarial y los aportes del sector privado y académico.
