Ejercicio de funciones. En virtud del cambio de denominación realizada en el artículo 1° del presente decreto, los servidores públicos que se desempeñan actualmente en los cargos de Director de Regalías y de Subdirecciones de Proyectos de Regalías, Control y Vigilancia y Procedimientos Correctivos, seguirán en el ejercicio de sus funciones en la Dirección y Subdirecciones respectivas, de acuerdo con la denominación establecida.
