º De conformidad con las facultades previstas en el artículo 6º de la Ley 21 de 1985, el Comité Administrador del Fondo Financiero Agropecuario definirá, con carácter general, los demás requisitos, elementos y condiciones de los certificados de garantía a que se refiere el presente Decreto. Tales requisitos, elementos y condiciones se incorporarán en el contrato de garantía que suscribirá el Fondo Agropecuario de Garantías con cada beneficiario, el cual formará parte integrante del certificado a que se refiere el artículo 7º.
