Objeto del contrato. El contrato tiene por objeto asegurar que un concesionario por su cuenta y riesgo preste el servicio público domiciliario de distribución de algún tipo de gas combustible por red de tubería, en condiciones de exclusividad en el área concedida, incluyendo dentro de sus usuarios un número considerable y creciente de personas de menores ingresos.
