Repealedsupplements ley 135/61

Introdúcese a la Ley 135 de 1961 , el siguiente artículo nuevo:

Artículo 74 bis. Autorízase al Gobierno para emitir bonos agrarios de la clase "B" en cuantía de seiscientos millones de pesos ($ 600.000.000.00). La emisión de estos bonos se ordenará por el Gobierno conforme a las solicitudes que, con el voto favorable del Ministerio de Agricultura, le formule la Junta Directiva del Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria y se hará en series sucesivas de cuantía no inferior a cincuenta millones de pesos ($ 50.000.000.00).
