Las exportaciones de café registradas antes de la fecha de este Decreto en la Oficina de Control, y las de los demás productos reembolsables actualmente al tipo de cambio oficial y amparadas por licencias expedidas con anterioridad a la misma fecha, se liquidarán al tipo de cambio del 195%.
