Artículo octavo . Nacionalizase el Colegio de Educación Media "Julio Arboleda", que funciona en la población de Timbiquí, Departamento del Cauca. El Colegio Julio Arboleda que se nacionaliza por medio de esta Ley para los efectos jurídicos futuros se llamará "Instituto Técnico Agrícola, Justiniano Ocoro".
