Acción independiente. Las conferencias que cubran tráficos desde y hacia Colombia, bien sea que cuenten o no entre sus miembros con empresas colombianas de transporte marítimo debe permitir a sus miembros ejercer la acción independiente para modificar la tarifa registrada. La empresa de transporte marítimo conferenciada que ejerza la acción independiente deberá notificar la nueva tarifa a la conferencia con por lo menos diez (10) días de anticipación. La conferencia registrará la nueva tarifa ante DIMAR para uso de tal miembro y de cualquier otro que notifique a la conferencia que ha elegido adoptar la tarifa independiente de conformidad con lo establecido en el capítulo II del presente título.
