Corresponde al Ministerio de Educación Nacional reglamentar la enseñanza de las profesiones auxiliares de la medicina y de la odontología como enfermeras, fisioterapeutas, etc., y el oficio de operarios y de auxiliares de talleres en donde se fabriquen artefactos para el uso clínico en odontología. Para hacer esta reglamentación se deben oír los conceptos de la Junta de Títulos respectiva y de la Facultad respectiva de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
