De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 1º. de la Ley 7ª de 1944, el «Convenio Internacional del Café de 1994», adoptado en Londres el 30 de Marzo de 1994, que por el artículo primero de ésta Ley se aprueba, obligará al país a partir de la fecha en que se perfeccione el vínculo internacional respecto de la misma.
