Art. 1.° Prorógase por un año el término concedido a los Gobiernos de los Estados por el artículo 15 de la lei 67 de 1877, para el cobro de empréstitos i suministros.

Parágrafo

Las reclamaciones de los Gobiernos de los Estados, a las cuales se refiere este artículo, se harán conforme al derecho que se les reconoció a dichos Gobiernos en la lei 67 de 1877, sobre suministros, empréstitos i espropiaciones, i por los trámites establecidos en la misma lei.
