Información complementaria. El Ministerio de Educación Nacional, el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, el Ministerio de Vivienda Ciudad y Territorio o el Departamento Nacional de Planeación, en el ámbito de sus competencias, podrán solicitar a las entidades territoriales la información adicional a la descrita en el presente título, para el ejercicio de la actividad de monitoreo y, a su vez, podrán suministrarla al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público para definir las medidas a las que haya lugar.
