Art. 1.° Establécese una Quinta de aclimatacion i experimentos en la capital de la Union o a sus inmediaciones, que contenga la capacidad suficiente para que puedan fundarse en ella las siguientes secciones: 1.ª De platas leñosas. 2.ª De arbustos i árboles frutales. 3.ª De Botánica agrícola. 4.ª De hortalizas. 5.ª De floricultura. 6.ª De sericultura. 7.ª De viticultura. 8.ª De arboricultura en general. 9.ª De aplicacion cultural de labranza. 10. De práctica del cultivo. 11. De animales. I las más que sean necesarias para la aplicacion práctica de las materias que constituyen la enseñanza teórica del Instituto.
