Artículo único. Fijase en $250 la asignación mensual del Abogado de la sección segunda del ferrocarril central del Norte (explotación y construcción), y nómbrase para desempeñar dicho cargo al doctor José de Jesús Córdoba, por no haberlo aceptado el doctor Tobías Monroy. Comuníquese y publíquese.
