Artículo catorce. Los Cónsules colombianos en los países extranjeros, mantendrán al corriente al Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería, División de Ganadería, de las epizootias que se presentaren en los animales domésticos del país en donde residan, y tío visarán facturas consulares de animales o productos de origen animal, procedentes de zonas en donde existan epizootias causadas por las enfermedades del grupo a), artículo sexto.
