° Las estampillas de Fondo Escolar Nacional tendrán la forma, diseño y denominaciones que determine el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público en providencia especial, el cual queda facultado, además, para ordenar, en la cantidad que estime conveniente, el resello de estampillas de correo nacional mientras circula la edición especial de que trata el artículo precedente.
