ARTICULO 15 . El Certificado que expida el DAS en Bogotá, será válido en todo el Territorio Nacional. Los que se expidan por cualquiera de sus reparticiones tendrán validez únicamente en el territorio de su jurisdicción. El Jefe del Departamento podrá, en casos especiales, delegar a las reparticiones que estime convenientes la expedición de Certificado Judicial con validez nacional.
