A partir del 1º de enero de 1983, lasescalas de remuneración mensual correspondientes a losveinticinco (25) funcionarios de la planta de personal del Departamento Nacional de Planeación integrantes del Grupo de Estudios Especiales a que se refiere, entreotras disposiciones, el artículo 9º del Decreto 321 de 1979, serán las siguientes:

Parágrafo

La remuneración mensual total, correspondiente al cargo de Jefe de División Especial, grado 07 del nivel ejecutivo, será de $ 117.450, integrada así. $ 82.215 por concepto de asignación básica y $ 35.235 por concepto de gastos de representación.
