Art. 81. En el caso de entrada forzosa de un buque a puerto colombiano habilitado, se procederá de la manera siguiente :

1.° El Capitan se presentará al Jefe de la Aduana i relatará, bajo su palabra de honor, el accidente, con todos sus pormenores, que haya motivado la entrada al puerto ;

2.° Consignará la patente i demás documentos del buque en poder del Jefe de la Aduana, quien los devolvorá al Capitan dos horas ántes de que el buque continúe en marcha ; i

3.° Solicitará permiso para descargar i depositar las mercancías en los almacenes de la Aduana, si esto fuere necesario e indiepensable para la reparación del buque.
