De la protección. Una vez declarada veda o prohibición sobre especies o especímenes de la fauna silvestre, las autoridades ambientales regionales deberán efectuar un análisis de los permisos y licencias ambientales otorgados para el aprovechamiento de dicha especie, con el objeto de adoptar las medidas para su protección, la cual puede involucrar la revocatoria del instrumento administrativo correspondiente conforme al principio de precaución.
