Con aplicación a las citadas obras destínase hasta la cantidad de un millón quinientos mil pesos ($ 1.500.000.00), que se incluirá en la Ley de Apropiaciones, en cuotas no menores de ciento cincuenta mil pesos ($ 150.000.00), anuales.
