Adiciónase un parágrafo al numeral 1 del artículo 325 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, así:

"Parágrafo. A partir del 1º de enero de 2003 el fomento al ahorro y las prestaciones que determine el Gobierno Nacional, que viene cancelando la Caja de Previsión Social de la Superintendencia Bancaria, Capresub, a los empleados públicos pertenecientes a la Superintendencia Bancaria, serán pagados por esta Superintendencia."
