Modifíquese el artículo 5.6.2.1.2 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "ARTÍCULO 5.6.2.1.2 Constitución de fondos de inversión colectiva. La titularización se podrá instrumentar por la vía de fondos de inversión colectiva constituidos con el objeto de hacer oferta pública de valores o mediante la inscripción en el Registro Nacional de Valores y Emisores - RNVE de las constancias de vinculación a un fondo de inversión colectiva en operación, a fin de otorgarles liquidez en el mercado secundario. La utilización de este mecanismo se entiende sin perjuicio del cumplimiento de las disposiciones de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia en lo concerniente a los reglamentos de tales fondos.".
