LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 5°.Verificación de requisitos. El Departamento Nacional de Planeación verificará de manera directa o a través de terceros que los proyectos que se presenten al OCAD PAZ cumplan con los requisitos establecidos por la Comisión Rectora del Sistema General de Regalías.

Cuando en el proyecto de inversión concurran otros recursos del Sistema General de Regalías, le corresponderá únicamente al Departamento Nacional de Planeación realizar la verificación de requisitos.
