La Compañía, antes de principiar los trabajos y dentro de tres meses de aprobado definitivamente este contrato, presentara al Gobierno un plano detallado de los bajos de que se trata, y principiara los trabajos dentro de los seis meses subsiguientes a dicha aprobación, y terminara la obra dentro de los veinte meses, contados desde la misma fecha.
