Bandas designadas para operación en primera categoría o de experto . Las licencias de Primera categoría o de experto autorizan a su titular a realizar transmisiones y operar estaciones radioeléctricas de radioaficionado y radioaficionado por satélite en todas las frecuencias y bandas de frecuencias atribuidas al servicio, en todas las modalidades de transmisión y tipos de emisión, de conformidad con el Plan Nacional de Frecuencias, y en las condiciones técnicas de potencia establecidas por el presente decreto.
