°. Distribución de los recursos entre municipios. Los recursos recaudados por los departamentos correspondientes al 10% de la estampilla “Procultura” de la vigencia fiscal inmediatamente anterior a aquella en que se otorguen los beneficios, se distribuirán entre los municipios de su jurisdicción que tengan creada dicha estampilla, en proporción al número de beneficiarios determinados según lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior.
