DE LA LISTA DE CANDIDATOS ELEGIBLES. Como resultado de cada concurso, el respectivo, comité de selección elaborará, por orden de mérito, una lista de candidatos elegibles para el ejercicio de cada uno de los empleos determinados en la respectiva convocatoria. Cuando varias personas hayan obtenido igual calificación, ocuparán el mismo puesto en la respectiva lista. La lista será refrendada por el Jefe del Departamento Administrativo de Aeronáutica Civil o por su delegado, y tendrá una vigencia de seis meses.
