º. Del ingreso a la Escuela de Suboficiales. Los Agentes de la Policía Nacional en servicio activo que hayan cursado y aprobado segundo año de bachillerato y hayan servido a la Institución un mínimo de tres (3) años, podrán ingresar a la Escuela de Formación de Suboficiales y ser ascendidos al grado de Cabo 2º, previo el lleno de los requisitos que se establezcan en la reglamentación que expida el Gobierno.
