Todas las operaciones de valores que se concierten al contado o a plazo deberán liquidarse por conducto de la misma Bolsa, con la entrega de lo negociado y el pago del precio correspondiente. E n consecuencia, quedan prohibidas las o pe raciones nominales o que no impliquen traspaso real del valor negociado. La Bolsa verificara, por medio do su Gerente, que las operaciones celebradas en Bolsa o registradas en ella se cumplan en la forma establecida en este artículo.
