El propietario o el conductor de un vehículo que transite sin llevar las luces y los dispositivos ópticos o acústicos reglamentarios o cuando éstos no funcionen, incurrirá en multa equivalente a cinco (5) salarios mínimos y el vehículo no podrá circular hasta su adecuada reparación.
