ARTICULO 2o. La asignación básica para quienes obtengan un primer nombramiento en la Universidad Militar "Nueva Granada", se determinará con aplicación de lo dispuesto en el artículo pero sin que por este hecho puedan ser considerados dentro de la carrera docente.
