Vigilancia y control . La autoridad competente aplicará las medidas de seguridad, sanciones y el procedimiento establecido en los artículos 10 y siguientes del Decreto 2240 de 1996 a los integrantes de la Red Nacional de Laboratorios que incumplan con lo dispuesto en el presente decreto, sin perjuicio de las demás acciones a que hubiere lugar.
