Una vez construido el acueducto del centro mediante la autorización que se ha dado al director de las minas de Marmato por el señor ministro de minas y petróleos, mediante la retención mensual de cuotas por los ingresos sobre la producción de oro, se pondrá al municipio en posesión de él.

Parágrafo

Queda modificada en estos términos la ley 40 de 1938 .
